At Palisade Healthcare Center, we provide a continuum of care that bridges the gap from hospital to home. Whether you are in need of short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, our team is dedicated to meeting your healthcare needs.
Palisade is one of the few centers in the Garretson, SD area that offers peritoneal dialysis. This allows you to receive treatment close to home instead of trekking to Sioux Falls several times a week.
At Palisade, we make every effort to help you feel at home. Our recreation department offers a wide range of activities and outings. We create a care program individualized to your specific needs.
