11:30 meal, 12:00 meeting

Discussion followed on agenda items. Many GCC board members and City staff will be absent for Jesse James Days. Leslie B., Macie C., Leroy A and Laurie B and Rob M will be working at their business’ and the events. John B., Ron L. will be in town to consult if needed.
Old Business
- Jesse James days review and discussion- assignments solidified for 3 remaining board members in town.
- Electrical, generator needs and testing speakers. Line up etc discussed. Luke D.
- Bounce house -Macie
- Parade – City declined use of bleachers due to their fragile state.
- Raffle – $290 to date Leslie will work Friday and Saturday.
- Speakers- training after this meeting- trouble with reach to Main and 3rd.
- Bags tournament- no coolers (Kris)
- Car show and Trains a go. – Garrick
- Non profit food fundraisers additional discussion on brining in food trucks after non profits told we would not bring them in. ( Zion Lutheran Youth, FFA, Museum) Leslie will followup.
- Brochure -Carrie We need to determine if it will be a GCC fundraiser to cover print cost or Carrie will proceed independently.

- EIN plan going forward – Macie
-discussion need to determine cost and type of 501(c) before we go forward.
New business-Discussion
- Commercial club golf tournament – John Brinkman Aug. 4th the Sponsors are registered and open for signup.
- Other business- Christmas Light Volunteers/committee needed. As well as, volunteers for the next flag holiday.
- The Silver Mavericks will have Karaoke Saturday afternoon 12-4 pm
- Karaoke will still be at the Cabin Saturday night.
- Leslie will coordinate troubleshoot Friday and Saturday night and distribute schedules and post around town and have extra’s on hand at business’ and parks. 700 ordered – will call Performance Printing to see where the extras are. Plans to reach out to John B and Ron L. for any trouble shooting needs.
- Bathroom location was determined off Third Street.
- Trash pick up was discussed with possible need to pick up trash by the bean bag tourney site. Garbage and More will pick up both mornings.
Next Board meeting date on July 12th at Palisades oil
