Garretson Ball Association

The Garretson Ball Association ensures a healthy baseball and softball community! Each year, GBA organizes T-Ball, Baseball, and Softball for area youth. They maintain Tandberg Field and its concessions, and work closely with the City of Garretson, the Garretson School District, and the American Legion Post #23 to form teams and maintain equipment.

At Tandberg Field, batting cages are available for team practice. T-ball, softball, and under-10 baseball practice and play at the Jaycees Sports Complex across the road.

Registration for under-10 baseball and softball are normally due in mid-March. Teams are available for Boys and Girls Midgets (12U), Boys and Girls Pee Wee (10U), Boys and Girls Coach Pitch (6-9 year old), and T-Ball (must be age 5 by August of the current year and are required to play at least one year). Forms are sent home from school and should be returned by mail to GBA, PO Box 151, Garretson, SD 57030.

New board members are always welcome, as are coaches!
