III. Jesse James Days finalization of calendar for mailer: Discussion and duties
assigned.
IV. Blue Dragon Open House and Festivities Fri/Sat with Fundraiser added to this JJ
Days for the Blue Dragon Academy – Lawn Mower donated by Kibble, Kris Frerk
V. Art Alley introduced by Kris Frerk, The first sculpture was placed in The Garretson
City Park with another to follow at the Jesse James Gulch.
The attractions will be listed with the Dept. of Tourism
VI. Carrie Moritz – Visitors Guide Discussion. We need to discuss whether the GCC or
the Guide will be printed privately. Qoute to follow.
VII. Speaker System – dedication (need to find a city Councilman to represent)

*Some problems running the cable through the conduit from the Combine to the
Legion. Working on this month. Luke D.
VIII. Stage Coach Robbery Fundraiser Need not be present to Win Drawing to
follow the Wild West Show. Luke D and Leslie B.
IX. Official Movement of Records to Macie Coburns Legal Firm Luke D. motioned to
move records to Ogborn Mihm Quaintance, second by Megan; motion passed 6-
0.Unanimously, approved by Board
X. Proposed Address Change for Legal Documents-Pending for IRS 501 (c)3 and BY
LAWS a general meeting is not needed. Current address proposed is the City past
address First Bank.
XI. Discussion – Grants are now being run through Grow Garretson’s 501 (3)
temporarily, until our 501 (c)3 is re-established.
XII. Proposed expenditure to pay to Copy John B. records to amend the /missing
secretary records. Leslie B. Mary Ann C. reconstructing records inlieu of official
secretary notes.
Dismissed by Megan R. Records to be copied at own expense via Leslie B. Susan
H. donated $20 towards copying costs, Garrick M. offered use of copier. Pursuit of
records requested, again.
